Hello? We are still here! No we didnt wash away with the heavy summer down pours but you could be forgiven for thinking we did. So sorry our blog has been so quiet for so long!

Well what have we been up to in the last few months? Lex and i have been super busy making sure that Perpetual Vintage goes from strength to strength. As well as our usual vintage treasure hunting and sewing like crazy on our gorgeous new machine we have been seeking out some brilliant makers to build up the handmade side of our little shop. We have enlisted the help of some of our very talented crafty friends!

We now have the lovely 'Miss Pitchy Patchy' with her beautiful handmade cards, knitting and crochet, 'The Whistling Cowgirl' with her fun lavender filled friends, 'Suzanne Bates' with her amazing fabric jewellery, the newly added 'Sweet Pea' and her cute/quirky wooden jewellery and lastly the first male to join the team! Yay we have designer Charlie Ralph from 'Paw Print Media' supplying us with greeting cards of his own digital illustrations. Little pieces of art suitable for all occasions!

Dont worry we havent neglected the vintage side of our shop. Introducing 'Buddys Boutique'. Ran by the lovely Dannii who works in the fashion world 'Buddys' is a vintage clothing line that we are now stocking. How fab is that?

I must add here that all our designer/makers are local to us and our shop which adds nicely to the small feel of our business. Thank you and welcome to you all for joining the Perpetual Vintage family and sharing your skills with us. We have a few more makers on the way so watch this space!!

Well if all that isnt enough then we also have the vintage and handmade fair ran by the ever busy Lex. Of course Perpetual Vintage will be there on the first sunday of every month this year. Come along and meet us! Woore Victory Hall, CW3 9SF. Free entry.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope to write more in the future and hopefully get better at this. Practice makes perfect with a bit of luck! In the mean time please feel free to visit our website www.perpetualvintage.com or join us on facebook.
